History/Profile: You would love Evan outside of school just as much as you would abhor Mr. Lockhart during school. Yes, you can't refer to him any other way in those two situations. Some people actually like him when he's a total asshole, but most people are scared into respecting him. It's sometimes scary to see him outside of school since he looks and acts very different. If he likes you though (which doesn't happen often), you never have anything to worry about. He took an interest in Conrad as soon as they introduced each other, and he even considers the two of them in a relationship (although Conrad is tough to crack, he still has faith). But don't confront him on it, or your grade will drop. Yes, he's that serious.
Additional facts:
-The initial reason he liked Conrad was because they had similar names.
-When he's not in teacher mode, he wears his vest under the jacket and has contacts on.
-He has a younger brother named Conner [or Connor, I haven't decided which spelling I want], and their nicknames for each other are Connie and Evi (because of their middle names; Conner's middle name is Evian)
-Evan doesn't wear shades; they're transitions.

Status (in school): Third-year (or second year; since this story is in America and this is the American campus, I'm trying to go by our system. I think he would be a second-year since he turns 17 during the summer, but I put 3rd year in case I'm wrong)

Personality: Reserved around most people, including his teachers and his friends, sort of open around his best friends
History/Profile: Conrad calls himself the 'Plain Jane' of the American campus because that's pretty much been what he was told by anyone he tried to approach with a romantic interest. Because of that, he became pretty reserved and developed a sort of inferiority complex. He still finds it strange when anyone becomes remotely attracted to him, which is why he treats Evan with a sort of distant attitude. Whenever he feels clingy (which happens in moderate patterns) to the man, he simply claims 'I'm not in love. I'm in love with being in love.' To this day, only Evan and Ethan can truly break him out of his shell.
Additional facts:
-The only friend he happily acknowledges is his friend Ethan D. Washington.
-He's not very expressive.
-Once he's been worn down, he's actually very easily flustered.
-He isn't sure of his orientation simply because he's never been with anybody to see.

All right, let me clarify one of the most important aspects of the story. Since I don't want anyone to be confused, I will say this once and in bold.

Teachers can be of ANY descent. The students are the ones that have to be the ethnicity of the campus.

In case you were wondering.

Second, every campus has a different type of shounen-ai pairing (I think I did have a campus that also had a shoujo-ai pairing too, but I don't know). Japanese has between fellow students. Mexican has twincest (~DarknessInfernal is overjoyed about that, I'm sure, and it's ~Undine1324's fault it happened in the first place). American has teacher-student (Because ~Undine1324 said a 9 year gap doesn't qualify as shota). I'm considering making a Korean campus and extending on one of the campus by making the girls'-school, but I'm not into yuri like that so it's just a thought. And I only had one student planned for the Korean campus, but he only has a look. If I were to make one, to keep the 'different relationship' type thing going, I'd have to make it between two teachers. [....That'd be nice, now that I think on it]

Another thing to clarify is that while most teachers are the gender of their campus, it is not policy that an all-boys school has to have all male teachers or the same with all-girls schools.

Anyway, onto these two characters...First, I wanna thank ~DarknessInfernal for helping me create names for these two. It's not that I'm terrible with American names, it's just that I'm not good with guys' names in general. It'd be way easier to name a girl than it would a dude. Only in Japanese does the rule not entirely apply.

Second, I like Evan. He's sexy If I were Conrad, I would totally stick around him, grades be damned. Even though both me and DarknessInfernal acknowledged that his teacher mode is a complete dick.

By the way, he and Tyme have the same hair color, so anyone that loved Tyme's hair will love Evan's too.

Gosh, his name is even sexy I've liked the name Lockhart since I first heard of Tifa.

I had to have been thinking of KKM when I came up with Conrad's name. And I haven't seen it in....months. But I read a fic a month or less ago. Anyway, Connie's a blond~ It was the first hair color I could envision him with.

I realized how redundant it is to have an American campus in America, but it matters. It's for those that are too far back to trace (aka a mutt) or some race that can't be directly connected to another (like black; it's not racist, my ID can show you I'm black myself).

Conrad is the only one in the American ver. of the story that I don't have a middle name for. I don't know why.
